Individual Therapy Hour

Each one hour psychotherapy session is tailored to your unique needs and goals. Together, we will create an environment where you feel safe to can explore sensitive issues, express yourself freely, and work towards healing and self-discovery. Sessions are delivered virtually.

$200 | 50 minutes

Couples Therapy

I work with couples to help each partner learn to release defensiveness and learn to relate compassionately to their loved ones wounding and the behaviors that come from it. Additionally, I help each partner learn to take responsiblity for their own sensitivities. Through this work, couples I work with can expect to rebuild intimacy, foster deeper attunement, and rediscover their passion for one another.

$225 | 50 minutes

Deep Dive Session

A longer session duration if you feel you need additional time to explore your experience in greater depth. This is available both to individuals and couples in need of a more comprehensive exploration of an issue.

Individuals: $400 | 1 hour & 50 minutes

Couples: $450 | 1 hour & 50 minutes
